Widget screen is blank

  1. Check if the device is turned on. If the widget is turned off, press and hold the power button to turn it on.
  2. Ensure that the battery is not drained. Charge the widget for at least 2 hours to eliminate any issues with low battery.
  3. Check if the screen brightness is turned down. Increase the screen brightness to see if the display is visible.
